Nutritional Breakfast--Banana Toast Rolls

Ingredients: 2 bananas, 4 pieces of toast and 1 egg

Sauces: white sesame, condensed milk and plant oil

Instructions:

1.Peel the bananas and cut them into two parts

2.Remove the edge of toast

3.Put bananas into toast and roll them

4.Dip the rolls with beaten-up egg

5.Wrap the rolls with white sesame

6.Put plant oil and burn to 50% heat, then put the rolls fry until the color turns to golden yellow

7.Dish up the rolls and put condensed milk

This dessert has crispy skin and soft inside, it tastes excellent while eating with condensed milk. Besides, the process is simple. People can enjoy them as breakfast or snacks.
